Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Centre Court was transformed into a fun fair decorated with awesome and artistic balloon creatons of all shapes, sizes and colours at the Balloon Art Festival held from 4th - 15th June, 2010 in conjunction with the school term holidays.
Besides the beautiful balloon sculptures and the giant indoor balloon ride, there were also other fun and educating balloon-inspired activities for the entire family at the event which was aptly themed “Circus fun".
Awesome and artistic balloon creations :
Children and parents going gaga over the enticing, attractive and irresistible balloon sculptures. The balloons are skillfully twisted and sculptured by professional sculptors.
Giant indoor balloon ride :
The highlight of the Balloon Art Festival is the Giant Balloon Ride for children aged 3 - 10 and weighing up to 30 kg. The helium-filled giant balloon which is imported from Japan stands at 15 feet in diameter and can lift children up to 30 feet (9m) high inside the mall.
For children to enjoy the Giant Balloon Ride, their parents must spend RM50 at the Centre Court promotional booths or RM200 at other outlets. For EON Bank credit card members, only the first 20 daily who charged RM100 in a single receipt get the free balloon ride for their children.
