Funny Easter egg

Easter is a celebration of fun, laughter and togetherness. It reminds the world of a new beginning. The day when Jesus Christ erupted from the dome. Easter egg decoration is an age-old practice followed in many countries of Christianity. An egg is a symbol of resurrection. It marks the beginning of a new life. It also is a symbol of fertility. It emphasizes on the emerging of new entity giving space for love, joy and happiness. Easter is a celebration of happiness since it is the day that Christ came back to us. To add splendor to the occasion, many traditional fun games are carried out to amuse the kids.

Vlisco Transitions from Textile to Clothing

Grand cuisine and great performances at Petaling Jaya Chinese Groups Coordination Fraternity Chinese New Year 2010 dinner


It was a spectacular evening of grand Chinese cuisine and great performances at the Chinese New Year (CNY) 2010 dinner organized by Petaling Jaya Chinese Groups Coordination Fraternity (八打灵华团协调联谊会) held on Sunday 7th March 2010 at Tai Thong Imperial Garden Restaurant on the 7th floor at Intan Square, the new office building (next to Hotel Armada) in Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya.

Guests started the evening with a delightful eight-course Chinese dinner and while they dined, they were kep entertained throughout the evening.

The evening featured a variety of great performances such as classical songs, mask-changing and a Michael Jackson impersonator show.

VIPs guests at the dinner include Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun, Petaling Jaya Selatan MP YB Hew Tian, Damansara Utama state assemblyman YB Dr Cheah Wing Yin, Kampung Tunku state assemblyman YB Lau Weng San, Federal Development Officer Dato’ Dr. Wong Sai Hou and Federation of Pahang Chinese Associations chairman Tan Sri Fang Tian Xing.

A toast of celebration. The organizing committees and the VIP guests went on stage to toast everyone "Yaaaam Seng" (toast).

Guests enjoyed listening to the best of Chinese classical songs.


The lady singer vowed the audience with her singing prowess and vocals.


Face-changing performance :

It was really great to watch the mask-changing or "Bian Lian" performance. Both the artistes changed the many layer of masks covering their faces in split second each time they swiftly waved their hands across their faces. Amazing!

Michael Jackson Impersonator show :
Incredible! This guy is really amazing. It is as if we are seeing the real Michael Jackson himself. He looks, acts and dances like the real person and pulled off the perfect act which wowed the audience. There were spectacular dance performances that entertained and thrilled everyone until the end.
