Glitz and glamour at “Wacoal 62 Years Come Fly With Me” cocktail party

In celebration of Wacoal’s 62 years of lingerie-making tradition, Wacoal Malaysia hosted a sophisticated cocktail party on Friday 10th December 2010 at Favola Italian restaurant in Le Meridien Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The exclusive “Wacoal 62 – Come Fly With Me” event strictly by invitaion only was attended by about 100 illustrious guests who included beauty queens, celebrities, corporate figures, business partners and media personnel.

The event was themed Masquerade Night and guests received complimentary masks which were a hit with the guests as the beautiful masks added an air of mystery and excitement at this fantastic night of glitz and glamour.

Guests came dressed in their finest outfits enjoying an exciting evening of good wine, great Italian food, excellent entertainment and a fashion show showcasing Wacoal latest lingerie collections.

Personalities in attendance at the celebrations included three former Miss Malaysia Universe beauty queens Adeline Chin (2007), Melissa Ann Tan (2006) and Angela Gan (2005); and Mrs Malaysia World 2007 Beatrice Nirmala.

The cocktail party was just one of many opportunities Wacoal provides throughout the year to express appreciation to its business partners who share in their commitment to beautify women.

The highlight of the fashion show was the fun and chic “Jia cami” – a range of breakthrough home comfort wear for the ladies in Malaysia’s hot and humid weather. What could be better?

The night came to a close with the lucky draws for five lucky guests who received great Wacoal lingerie pack.

The food and refreshments were great and the entertainment was terrific. It was great to spend time with the illustrious guests and the Wacoal team.
