The crowd was hugh as expected during the three-day Malaysian Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Fair from 3rd to 5th September 2010 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur.
Visitors shopped for the best deals offered from the more than 860 booths at the three-day travel fair, the second MATTA Fair for the year after the first one in March.
But MATTA Fair isn’t about the great travel bargains only, there are also other fun and exciting activities including interesting international performances for visitors entertainment and enjoyment while they shopped for best travel packages.
Mai Tomyam took snapshots of the interesting international cultural dances and also the colourful costumed girls and sales promoters, male and female included, who were perfect photo opportunity for photographers.
The MATTA Fair has great share of attrative costumed girls in traditional costumes of different countries. At the Reliance Travel booth, these two costumed girls welcome you with their charming smiles and friendly persona.

At the Sanbumi Holiday booth, Khairul Othman (left) and Syikin Musa in traditional Malay costumes offer you promotional ticket price of RM12.50 (normal RM35) to a Lunch & Cultural Dance Show at Selangor Culture Cove in Batu Caves, Selangor. The 30 minutes cultural performance is a combination of traditional Malay, Indian and dances from the indigenious tribes of Sabah and Sarawak.

The Taiwan booth is decorated with colourful paintings of dragon, face mask and other motifs.
The Disneyland Hong Kong booth is adorned with pictures of popular Disney characters.
The Langkawi booth is decorated with this white headed eagle which is what gives Langkawi it's name. Langkawi means reddish brown eagle in colloquial Malay. The Malay word for eagle is helang - shortened is "lang". Kawi means the colour reddish brown.
