The opening of An Xin Healthy MEAT Shoppe new 10th outlet in Section 21 SEA Park Petaling Jaya on Sunday 29th August 2010 was both grand and exciting!
Large crowds thronged the latest outlet to celebrate the grand opening which was officially opened by Petaling Jaya Utara Federal Coordinator Dato’ Dr. Wong Sai Hou jointly with Section 21 SEA Park Residents Association (RA) chairman Gan Keng.
Present were general manager Liam Wei Hooi of Tip Top Meat Sdn Bhd, a sister company of An Xin’s Healthy MEAT Shoppe and business development manager Wong Soo Soon of AA Meat Shop Sdn Bhd, the retail arm of the company.
Within minutes of the door swinging open wide, hundreds of shoppers turned up in droves to check out the premium pork that has been quaranteed free from beta agonist, antibiotic, drug residues and other harmful sustance for human consumption.
An Xin means "no worries" which means the meat is safe to eat. The meat sold is non-halal.
The retail meat shop sells raw meat products under its signature name “Pearl Pork” that is the synonym of locally produced high grade pork which is also rich in Vitamin B1 and low in cholesterol and fat.
The healthy and hygienic pork is free from Beta-agonists, drug residue and antibiotics and its freshness, safety and healthiness are assured at every stage from rearing, slaughtering and refrigeration up to quality control.
